At Tri-Imaging Solutions, our training goes beyond the classroom. We equip students with practical, career-ready skills they can apply with confidence long after the course is complete.

Through hands-on instruction, students gain a deeper understanding of the systems, devices, and technology they will encounter in the field. Our experienced instructors focus on real-world application—not just facts and theory—so every student is prepared to diagnose, service, and support equipment effectively.

We also believe learning is personal. With one-on-one guidance and individualized support, we help each student build the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to grow throughout their career.

No two organizations are alike—and your medical imaging training should not be either. Tri-Imaging delivers flexible, hands-on training designed around your team’s needs, experience level, and equipment.

With Tri-Imaging, you can:

  • Build hands-on experience in our state-of-the-art training labs in Nashville & Appleton.
  • Learn from medical imaging experts through AAMI-certified courses.
  • Develop practical knowledge of equipment operation, configuration, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Participate in engaging discussions, instructor-led lectures, and interactive lab sessions.
  • Earn valuable ACI CEUs upon successful completion of eligible courses.

World-Class Medical Imaging Training Facilities

Tri-Imaging delivers hands-on, instructor-led medical imaging training at state-of-the-art facilities designed to help students build practical skills and confidence. Our learning environments combine focused classroom instruction with direct access to the equipment, tools, and technical resources students will encounter in the field.

Our Madison, Tennessee facility, just outside Nashville, provides a realistic, immersive training environment with advanced tools and fully operational imaging systems.

Our Appleton, Wisconsin training center is home to all in-person Siemens courses and feature clinical-style training bays with fully operational imaging systems, giving students a hands-on, immersive learning experience.

Hands-On Training That Builds Confidence

Our programs go beyond theory. Students gain a deeper understanding of equipment operation, configuration, troubleshooting, and repair through practical instruction and real-world application. Experienced instructors provide individualized guidance to help each participant develop the knowledge and confidence to service the systems they support throughout their career.

Interactive Virtual Training Academy

The Interactive Virtual Training Academy (IVTA) brings live, instructor-led imaging equipment training directly to you. This is not pre-recorded content or text-based quizzes—students learn in real time with their instructor and fellow trainees while maintaining the interaction and engagement of an in-person classroom.

Through IVTA, participants can communicate with instructors and other trainees, interact with the classroom whiteboard, and receive the same high-quality instruction and applicable AAMI CEUs as in-person training. All you need is a computer, a quiet location, and the downloadable application.

Training for MR, CT, Mammography, Angio, Radiography, Fluoroscopy & Nuclear Medicine

Tri-Imaging provides training on today’s medical imaging technology for every experience level, from foundational knowledge to advanced engineering expertise. Our phased course structure allows your engineers to build skills at a pace that works for your organization while giving them the practical knowledge needed to succeed in the field.

Fundamentals

Courses are designed to advance service and technical support personnel’s knowledge, capabilities, and careers. During the Fundamental phase, students learn basic physics, safety, system hardware, and clinical applications used in each respective modality.

System Operating Software

Courses include syngo Classic, syngo Native, and Fluoro Spot Compact and are designed to teach the overlying theory, concept and implementation of applications from a non-modality-specific perspective.

Service Essentials

In this phase, students learn how to respond to the initial service call and follow up until completion. This is a practical medical imaging training course where the tools used are presented and students learn troubleshooting steps, how to solve problems, work with remote tech support, and perform PMs.

System

Courses virtually teach theory and fundamentals the first week, with hands-on labs the second week, centered on the core principles of operation, configuration, troubleshooting, and repair for all primary system components.
