Siemens Control Handle Button Configuration

In this tip, we cover how to configure the control handle button when changing out on Siemens Luminos Agile, Sireskop or Luminos TF systems.

Replacing the control handle on your Luminos Agile, or Luminosity TF system. When you receive a new part, the fluoroscopy and radiographic exposure buttons might not match your current configuration.

Button Swap

  • If the buttons on your new control handle are not configured correctly, the issue can be easily resolved.
  • Required tool: a 1.5mm Allen key.

Steps:

  1. Locate the hole on the top of the control handle.
  2. Insert the Allen key and pop the button out.
  3. Take the button cover from the new handle and swap it with the cover from the old handle.
  4. Ensure the buttons are configured correctly for your system.
